Our experienced customer service specialists are here to assist you with orders and with experienced registered professional clinicians on staff we strive to provide you with prompt delivery and pick up of equipment by trained personnel. We provide physical instruction about equipment including its care and use which is accompanied by a safety assessment of the home setting and clearly written patient education materials. We also provide ongoing preventative maintenance and follow-up visits as needed.

Mid-Island Medical Supply Co. provides products and services to our customers throughout the Long Island area via company vehicles and has capabilities of shipping worldwide via the USPS and UPS. Orders are accepted 24 hours via fax and email and our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST as well as Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 24 hour emergency service is available for situations arising after normal business hours.
