LEA Gratings 4 Paddles 8" Diameter (Generic Mfg)
Visual acuity can be measured in infants or children with multiple handicaps using this appropriate gratings test, which has gratings, placed on paddles to present parallel lines of decreasing width. This task is much simpler than recognizing optptypes. The striped pattern is presented in front of an infant simultaneoulsy with a gray surface of hte same size and luminescence. The infant is most likely to look at the striped pattern because there is more of a visual contact to look at rather than a gray surface.

Measures the ability to see details in low contrast situations. Particularly important in visual communication when you need to see low contrast forms such as faint shadow. the 10M size is designed to conveniently cover the low contrast visual acuity range of most patients with visual problems. The contrast levels vary from 1.2%, 2.5%, 5%, 10% and 25%.

LEA Numbers Near Vision Test  (Generic Mfg)
Amblyopia screening can be performed using this near vision test that features a linear test on one side of the card and more tightly spaced numbers on the opposite side. Comes in a pocket version measuring 3 3/4" x 6 1/4" or on a 8" x 10" card with non-stretch measuring cord for 16" screening.

This test is for children who cannot perform in line test situations. Test is from 10 feet away and the single symbol book measures distance visual acuity. Contains 13 - 5" x 5" pages.
LEA Symbols 10 Foot  (Generic Mfg)
The 10 line test is used for screening 3 to 5 year olds, measures 15 1/2" x 17 1/2" and folds to 8 1/2" x 17". Includes a hole for hanging. The 15 line test can be used to screen 5 year olds and older, measures 17" x 22" and folds to 11" x 17". Has a hole for hanging and three sets of symbols on lower lines to avoid memorization.

Small Fixation Stick (Generic Mfg)
Stick is used for tesing and assessing an infant's vision. Handle includes a pupil gauge and corneal diameter scale. Small pictures and dots are on the back of the stick for screening 3-4 years old. Measures 2" x 7".
