Available in a disposable or reusable unit, these head immobilizers can be used on most backboards. The disposable unit is constructed of a sturdy, moisture resistant cardboard with a comfortable foam head pad. The reusable unit features a yellow heavy duty, impervious corrugated plastic. Both units are easily attached to the board with EZ pull-tabs and easily stored flat.
