Gel soaked dressing for burns. Sterile dressings are medical grade gauze, soaked in a water based, water soluble gel to relieve the pain, cool the burn, and protect against airborne contamination all in one step. The dressings can be placed directly over clothing, and the gel is easily removed with sterile saline. Packaged one per envelope.
