Amblyopia screening can be performed using this near vision test that features a linear test on one side of the card and more tightly spaced numbers on the opposite side. Comes in a pocket version measuring 3 3/4" x 6 1/4" or on a 8" x 10" card with non-stretch measuring cord for 16" screening.
