Electric hospital beds feature a quiet, smooth operation and have an easy-to-use hand pendant. The hand pendant electronically controls the positioning of the upper body, knees and overall height of the bed frame to provide maximum comfort for the patient and caregiver (or instructo). Semi-electric beds have all the same features of a full electric bed but without the adjustable bed height feature. Manual beds are operated with a hand crank at the foot of the bed. The hand crank folds down to be concealed and prevent injury. Overall bed length is 88" with a width of 36".
